RATE POLICY: The rate is based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Charges for extra persons and/or children may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
GUARANTEED LATE ARRIVAL
INCIDENTAL CHARGES such as phone calls or extra person(s) will be directly handled between you and the Sunrise Office.
Cancellations and Changes:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel 1 day prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 night's room charge. A cancellation number will be provided. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of check-in, 1 night's charge will be assessed. For cancellation purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check-in.
CHANGES TO ARRIVAL DATE must also be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation. Otherwise the change is considered a "Same Day Cancellation." Example: Calling to change the reservation arrival date of 06/06/07 on June 6th 2007 to postpone the arrival to a later date is a "Same Day Cancellation."
Smoking Policy:
The Sunrise is a SMOKE FREE establishment. Guests may smoke outside of their rooms. Due to the damaging nature of smoke, smoking is not permitted within the room. Should smoking odor/damage be detected after check out, a minimum of $50.00 for cleaning/damages may be charged.
Pet Policies:
As a benefit to our customers, we allow a pet to accompany its owner. A limited number of rooms are available for guests traveling with pets. The room offered on the internet are NOT "Pet Rooms." Please call the office directly to arrange a "pet acceptable" reservation. There is a pet fee associated with these bookings. Small or medium sized dogs are acceptable.
Undeclared Pet Fee - $50.00 - This fee will be assessed if a guest does not declare the pet at check-in and takes it into a room.
Pets are not to be left unattended - a barking dog can be a disturbance to others.
Pets Controlled - Cody has a leash law. Keep your pet on a leash when outside of the room.
Pet Damages - A minimum $100.00 damage/cleaning fee may be assessed if the pet damages, destroys or soils our accommodations. Guests are expected to ask where pets are to be taken for relief and are expected to clean up after their pet if it relieves itself on our property outside of the room (the office has bags if necessary).
