RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN

Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation

CHECK IN is at 3PM or later. CHECK OUT is at 11AM.

RATE POLICY. The rate is based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.  Charges for extra persons and/or children may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.

GUARANTEED LATE ARRIVAL

INCIDENTAL CHARGES such as phone calls or extra person(s) will be directly handled between you and the Sunrise Office.

smoking policies

The Sunrise is a SMOKE FREE establishment. Guests may smoke outside of their rooms. Due to the damaging nature of smoke, smoking is not permitted within the room. If any smoking odor/damage is detected in a guestroom after check out, a minimum of $200.00 for cleaning/damages will be charged.

Pet Policies:

We are NO PET property.

Undeclared Pet Fee - $200.00 - This fee will be assessed if a guest does not declare the pet at check-in and takes it into a room.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 1 day prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 night's room charge. A cancellation number will be provided. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of check-in, 1 night's charge will be assessed. For cancellation purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check-in.

Changes to Arrival Date: Must also be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation. Otherwise the change is considered a "Same Day Cancellation." Example: Calling to change the reservation arrival date of 06/06/2018 on June 6th 2018 to postpone the arrival to a later date is a "Same Day Cancellation."
